Administrative Offices

Adult Changing Table

An adjustable-height adult changing table is located in the UW-Milwaukee Panther Arena which is connected to the theater. Please see our guest services team to find out if the Arena is currently open and for personalized directions.

AEDs (Automated External Defibrillator)

AEDs are located throughout the venue. For any emergency, connect with guest services, public safety or security.

Airport

The Milwaukee Mitchell International Airport is a short, 15-minute drive from downtown.

Alcohol Policies

Our alcohol policies are listed below:

  • Any person purchasing alcohol must have a valid I.D. present and must be 21 years of age or older.
  • Alcohol cannot be brought in or out of the venue, unless you have been permitted by venue management to do so.
  • The sale of alcohol is limited to two per guest per purchase, with all sales in all areas ceasing at the end of the event. Any changes to alcohol cutoff time may be made, without notice and at the discretion of the venue.
  • We reserve the right to refuse the sale of alcohol at our discretion.

All-Gender Restrooms

There are all-gender restrooms located throughout our venues. Please see a member of our guest services team to locate the nearest all-gender restroom.

ATM Locations

ATMs are available for special events or other needs. Contact a guest services team member to find the ATM location nearest you.

Baby Changing Areas

Available in all restrooms and nursing mother’s rooms. Please see a guest services staff member for locations.

Bag Policy

Backpacks and oversized purses or bags are not permitted during public ticketed events. All other bags are subject to search.

Most private events have their own bag policy; refer to the event page on millerhighlifetheatre.com or the private event’s social media for updated details.

Bicycles

There are bicycle racks located between Miller High Life Theatre and UW-Milwaukee Panther Arena.

A Bublr bike station is available in front of UW-Milwaukee Panther Arena at 901 N. Vel R. Phillips Ave. and Baird Center at 400 W. Wisconsin Ave.

Binoculars

Binoculars and binocular cases are permitted for most events. All items are subject to search upon arrival.

Camera Policy

Guests are prohibited from bringing professional photo, audio or video equipment, including drones into the venues unless expressly authorized by event officials or management.

Children and Tickets

For most ticketed events, all children aged two and above must have their own ticket for entry. Please check your event information for specific details.

Code of Conduct

We are committed to creating a safe, comfortable and enjoyable experience. Guests and attendees have a right to expect an environment where:

  • Players and performers respect and appreciate every fan.
  • Guests will enjoy the event experience free from disruptive behavior, including foul or abusive language and obscene gestures.
  • Guests will responsibly consume alcoholic beverages. Intervention with an impaired, intoxicated or underage guest will be handled promptly and safely.
  • Guests will sit only in their ticketed seats and show their tickets when requested.
  • Guests who engage in fighting, throwing objects or attempting to enter the court, stage or other performance area will be immediately ejected from the venue.
  • Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the venues, on the courtyard or on sidewalks directly adjacent to the venues.
  • Obscene or indecent messages on signs or clothing will not be permitted.
  • Guests will comply with requests from guest services staff regarding venue operations and emergency response procedures.

By entering a venue, you are agreeing to adhere to the Code of Conduct.

Our guest services team has been trained to intervene when necessary to help ensure that the above expectations are met. Guests are encouraged to report any inappropriate behavior to the nearest guest services staff member.

Coolers are prohibited unless there is a medical reason.

Credit/Debit Cards

The venue is cashless. Credit and debit cards are the only accepted form of payment for most events. Please check your event for specific details.

Digital Tickets

All tickets will be electronically scanned to verify authenticity. Tickets scanned for entry are non-transferrable and cannot be reused by another guest. Guests assume all risks for tickets purchased through sources other than the Miller High Life Theatre Box Office, the Pabst Theater Box Office or officially licensed secondary market sources. For ease of entry access, all guests are encouraged to transfer tickets to each member of their party prior to entering the building.

For a lost or missing person, please notify the nearest guest services staff member or go to the closest concierge desk for assistance.

Masks

Medical and costume masks are permitted as long as they can be removed to show a guest’s face at any given time.

Medical Emergency

For life-threatening emergencies, please call 911. For a medical emergency, please locate a member of our guest services team who will alert public safety.

Nursing Mother’s Rooms

Mamava Lactation Pods are available in the annex between Miller High Life Theatre and UW-Milwaukee Panther Arena. The lactation pods are FREE, private, clean and comfortable spaces to pump or nurse babies. Pods come with built-in seating, lighting, shelves, mirror, coat hook, electrical outlets and fan.

To enter the pod, simply follow the instructions on the pod door or download the app on your iPhone or Android device.

Prohibited Items

Prohibited items will differ depending on the event. We are unable to store any prohibited items. Guests will be asked to return prohibited items to their vehicles. The following items are always restricted from being brought into any venue:

  • Brooms/broomsticks, poles and tripods.
  • Coolers.
  • Drones (unmanned aircraft systems) or model aircraft.
  • Explosives/fireworks.
  • Firearms and weapons of any type (firearm/ammo, knives of all sizes, bats, clubs and scissors).
  • Illegal substances.
  • Large banner or flag signs (over 11″ x 17″). All signs must be appropriate and use approved materials.
  • Large chains including large wallet chains (event specific).
  • Large, open umbrellas over 12″ in length and/or golf umbrellas with pointed tips.
  • Laser pointers.
  • Outside food or drink of any kind unless there is a medical reason.
  • Professional photo, audio or video recording equipment. Standard “point-and-shoot” cameras may or may not be prohibited depending upon event restrictions.
  • Projectiles such as beach balls, frisbees, etc.
  • Self-defense sprays (OC, pepper spray and mace).

*This list is not exhaustive. Items not appearing on this list may still be prohibited at the discretion of management security if the items pose a potential threat to the safety of our guests.

Recording Devices

Unless directed or otherwise specified by the teams or event management, guests are advised against bringing any audio/video recording devices into the venue. These devices include, but are not limited to video camcorders, audio recording devices, etc. Please note, for certain events, all forms of recording, even on mobile devices, will be strictly prohibited.

All guests are subject to search upon entering a venue for any event.

Service Animals

Signs

We reserve the right to confiscate any sign displaying content deemed to be inappropriate. Poles, sticks or dowels used to hold banners, signs or flags will not be permitted.

Smoking

We are part of a non-smoking neighborhood. All forms of smoking, including vaping and e-cigarettes, are prohibited inside the venue and anywhere on the campus.

Solicitation

Any unauthorized solicitation or commercial promotion on the premises, including nearby parking structures, is strictly prohibited and may result in confiscation of promotional materials, citation, ejection or arrest.

Tickets

Tickets for events at Miller High Life Theatre can be purchased through the Pabst Theater Group or from the box office.

Wheelchairs

Wheelchairs are not available for loan or rental. Members of the guest services team are not permitted to transport guests in wheelchairs within, or outside, the venues.

Wi-Fi

FREE Wi-Fi is available. Check your network when you arrive to sign-in.

Will Call

Will Call tickets must be picked up on the day of the event at the box office by the guest whose name is on the tickets. Guests must provide a valid photo ID. Pickup restrictions may apply and vary by event. Please see box office for hours and additional information.
